Program Description:
The goal of this conference is for endocrinologists, endocrine surgeons, endocrine fellows, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, nurse practitioners, PhD researchers, residents, and students to have a venue to learn a variety of clinical and basic science topics as well as recent benchmarks in the field for the benefit of improving patient care and research on a vast array of topics in Endocrinology.

Learning objectives:
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Explain and apply effective clinical teaching mnemonics such as SNAPPS, One Minute Preceptor (OMP), RIME, SBIR, and ARCH, to enhance real-time feedback and teaching during clinical encounters.
- Identify common pitfalls and biases in feedback delivery and demonstrate strategies for providing actionable, developmental, and competency-based feedback to learners.
- Develop personalized improvement plans for learners by incorporating evidence-based feedback frameworks to address individual needs and promote continuous growth in clinical skills and decision-making.
