The goal of this conference is for endocrinologists, endocrine surgeons, endocrine fellows, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, nurse practitioners, PhD researchers, residents, and students to have a venue to learn a variety of clinical and basic science topics as well as recent benchmarks in the field for the benefit of improving patient care and research on a vast array of topics in Endocrinology.

For this debate based Grand Rounds we have two sets of Objectives:
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Acknowledge the new guidelines for the diagnosis and management of primary aldosteronism
- Predict the impact of the MOMENTUM trial after the stunning results from CATALYST
- Criticize the diagnosis of "essential" hypertension
- Review the role of primary hyperaldosteronism in hypertension.
- Review current guidelines for screening of primary hyperaldosteronism.
- Identify the pros and cons of screening of hyperaldosteronism in all patients with hypertension.
