Dead by Brain Criteria
Please join us and our keynote speaker, Thaddeaus Mason Pope, JD, PhD for an in depth discussion of the impact of three recent dead by brain criteria cases; Ms. Jahai McMath of California, Mrs. Munoz of Texas and Mrs. Benson of Canada. We will start with a review of the dead by brain criteria exam and follow with a review and update of these three cases. Our keynote speaker will address "Your loved one is dead, but we would like the viable organs, please". In the afternoon we will examine the implications of these cases and end with a panel discussion.
