Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee. To receive a tuition refund, send notice of cancellation in writing before January 5, 1017. No refunds will be granted after that date. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows.
Target Audience
This program is designed for family physicians as well as nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other primary care physicians who practice in a variety of settings including the hospital, nursing home, and office.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Apply clinical updates for primary care providers in areas of general preventive and adult medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, psychiatry and women’s health
- Highlight the valuable connections between the WAFP and primary care clinicians in shaping the future of Family Medicine
- Effectively work in teams for problem solving and goal achievement
- Present evidence-based updates designed to improve primary care practice systems and polices
- Enhance inter-professional collaboration.
