Please Note: All registrations will be assessed a $17 non-refundable processing fee.
Workshops
There is a nominal fee of $20 for each workshop with your paid registration.
Pre-registration is required for ALL workshops.
Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee. To receive a tuition refund, send notice of cancellation in writing before January 5, 2018. No refunds will be granted after that date. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows.
Target Audience
This program is designed for family physicians as well as nurse practitioners, physicians assistants and other primary care physicians who practice in a variety of settings inlcuding the hospital, nursing home, and office.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Apply clinical updates for primary care providers in areas of general preventive and adult medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
- Effectively work in teams for problem solving and goal achievement.
- Present evidence-based updates designed to improve primary care practice systems and policies.
- Enhance inter-professional collaboration.
- Practice hands on skill development in a variety of optional workshops.
