The primary purpose of the Fetal Case Conference is to assemble a multi-disciplinary committee, composed of representatives from genetics, perinatology, neonatology, pediatric surgical subspecialties and radiology, to review the variables relevant to specific fetal abnormalities and compose a plan related to fetal, maternal and neonatal care. Secondary purposes include cross-divisional, departmental and hospital education, review current and evolving literature and data and determination of guidelines.

3. The conference also dove-tails into the Fetal Concerns Program which is currently collecting patient data to measure outcomes
