The Education conference in Hand Surgery improves medical decision making by introducing new and evolving techniques and technology in the practice of Hand Surgery. The conference provides the opportunity to hear about these issues and new techniques first-hand and to have questions answered. Additionally, due to the large variety of procedures performed in Hand Surgery, the hand surgeon’s/participant’s skills are enhanced by this experience. This conference allows the hand surgeons/participants to share their experiences with each other, as well as gain outside perspective from other specialties to further our practice knowledge.
