Program Description: 
This is a monthly lecture series, intended to provide updates regarding cancer research, treatment and supportive care to faculty and staff in the Hem-Onc division, and any other interested parties. Lectures are provided by internal or external speakers, who are experts in their topic area.  Examples of talks given include updates in various cancers like lung cancer and melanoma, as well as overview/update about fertility issues related to cancer treatment.

  • Explore role of tissue-based genomic tests in determining benefit of adjuvant anthracyclines.
  • Identify prognostic value of ctDNA in early-stage HR+ Breast Cancer
  • Describe ongoing studies that aim to use ctDNA dynamics to improve early stage breast cancer outcomes
