The BMT Tandem Meetings are the combined annual meetings of CIBMTR and the American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation (ASBMT). Investigators, clinicians, laboratory technicians, clinical research professionals, nurses, pharmacists, administrators and allied health professional attendees benefit from the full scientific program that addresses the most timely issues in hematopoietic cell transplantation.

Report on the state of the art in cellular therapy and blood and marrow transplantation; analyze new methods and controversial issues in clinical management strategies for reducing toxicity and improving transplant outcomes; assess new basic science information in the areas of immunogenetics, molecular biology, stem cell biology and immunology as it relates to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
