Program Description: 

This is a forum to review and learn about complex lymphoma cases and discuss them in a standard way with both pathological and radiological review.  The goal of this multimodality approach is to insure that the best patient care is being delivered by Hematologists/Oncologists, Pathologists, Radiologist, and Radiation Oncologists.

For Hematology/Oncology:

1. To improve my ability to order expensive diagnostic tests.
2. To develop multidisciplinary treatments for patients with complex lymphoid malignancies.
3. To improve and maintain ability to recognize the salient morphologic, immunophenotypic, and cytogenetic features of common lymphoid malignancies.
4. To review and update learning about methods and clinical practices of the radiation oncology group in the treatment of lymphoid malignancies.

For Radiology:

1. To maintain and update knowledge about response criteria as it applies to patients with lymphoma.

For Hematopathology:

1. To maintain and update knowledge about therapeutic options and clinical trials regarding patients diagnosed in their service.

For Radiation Oncology:

1. To improve my ability to order expensive diagnostic tests.
2. To develop multidisciplinary treatments for patients with complex lymphoid malignancies.
3. To improve and maintain ability to recognize the salient morphologic, immunophenotypic, and cytogenetic features of common lymphoid malignancies.
4. To review and update learning about methods and clinical practices of the radiation oncology group in the treatment of lymphoid malignancies.
