2023 AASLD Meeting Review
This update will be presented by members of the hepatology team from the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Transplant Surgery. This review will include diverse topics such as Viral Hepatitis and Portal Hypertension, Biliary Disease, Transplant, Hepatic Malignancies, Surgery in HCC, Metabolic Disease and Fatty Liver Disease. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.

Learning Objectives
Participants who engage in this educational interventation will be able to:
- Recognize the clinical presentation of biliary disease and how to initiate an evaluation.
- Identify the risk factors for development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and how to initiate a screening and surveillance protocol.
- Identify patients at risk for the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and how to initiate an evaluation.
