Learning Objectives
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Demonstrate personal expertise in process based learning and improvement
- Teach quality improvement and patient safety in small group and bedside teaching settings
- Develop critical incidents as relevant case scenarios to use in resident instruction
