Target Audience

  • Primary Care Providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants)

Learning Objectives

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Assess vulnerabilities and educate patients to build adaptive capacity related to climate-related health impacts while also making their practice more sustainable. 
  • Understand the effects of AI on community-based medicine and their practice.
  • Better understand the preferred medication regimens for the medically complex geriatric patient.
  • Describe best practices for end-of-life care.
  • Better approach and overcome patient's emotional obstacles to weight loss. 
  • Describe diagnostic criteria for ADHD with increased comfort in treating and diagnosing without additional referrals to improve speed of care and treatment.
  • Describe the latest guidelines in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of COPD.
