Learning about the latest advancements in imaging and newer procedures through this CE activity the attendees will demonstrate increased level of performance. The performance of the attendees will also improve by learning about critical details that may change the course of management of the patients.

Learning objectives: 

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Describe the evolution of the McDonald diagnostic criteria for multiple sclerosis and rationale behind the 2024 revisions
  • Differentiate the characteristic MRI features of CNS demyelinating disease to improve diagnostic confidence and guide appropriate clinical management 
  • Apply standardize MRI acquisition protocols and imaging criteria in the evaluation of patients with suspected demyelinating disease, including multiple sclerosis
  • Integrate new MRI biomarker incorporated into the 2024 McDonald criteria
