Beyond Fundamentals of HCT 2019

Join the Beyond Fundamentals of HCT group February 20-21 for an extensive training program designed to provide practitioners with the skills required to care for patients undergoing HCT. The target audience for this course is pharmacists, pharmacy student and residents, physicians (including residents and hematology/oncology fellows), advanced practice providers and nurses. Offered simultaneously to the TCT Meetings of ASBMT & CIBMTR, this course will focus on pharmacotherapeautic management of HCT patients as well as patients receiving CAR-T therapy.
