Late Fee

It is against the policy of the Medical College of Wisconsin the ACCME and the AMA to award retroactive credit for accredited activities.

However if you have attended an MCW accredited activity and missed the opportunity to complete an evaluation and/or claim credit prior to the expiration of the course you may still be eligible to be awarded credit and obtain a certificate.

The processing fee for this service is $25 per credit record (certificate) requested. To determine eligibility you must contact the Office of Continuing & Professional Development at 414-955-4900 or via email at cme@mcw.edu. Please include the title of the activity, the date(s) of the activity and your full name, credentials and contact information.
