    Explain the benefits of a LIC to the student, preceptor and society as a whole. 
    Understand the rotation schedule for their discipline and its benefits for student learning retention.

1515-1615    How to Write Effective Formative and Summative Comments for Medical Students
Dr. Megan Everson, Associate Program Director, Fox Valley Family Medicine Residency and Assistant Professor, Medical College of Wisconsin – Department of Family and Community Medicine
    Identify key characteristics of formative and summative assessments.
    Distinguish between information appropriate for formative assessments vs. information appropriate for summative assessments.
    Practice writing formative and summative assessments with the aid of templates that highlight rhetorical moves for each genre.

Current MCW-CW M3 and M4 students

    Given their personal experience, LIC students will provide constructive feedback to preceptors to improve future learning. 
    Preceptors will seek feedback on current educational practices to improve future student experiences.

Directions:
    Take I-39 / US-51
    Exit at Bridge Street (Exit 193)
    Go west (up the hill) and continue straight down the hill to the four-way stop sign to Pine Ridge Boulevard. Do not turn on Westwood Drive.
    Turn left on Pine Ridge Boulevard.
    Park in the second parking lot on your left in the parking spots marked for MCW.
    Follow the walkway into the parking structure to the doors for 1900 Westwood Drive.
    Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Go right off the elevator and the doors to our suite will be to the left.
