Program Overview: During this time of crisis and uncertainty, clinician self-care is not just a “nice to have”. It is vital to your capacity to provide the best care to others.Prior to this event, clinicians were already facing a profession-wide rise in stress and risk of burnout. As you add the pressures of today’s pandemic, it’s even more vital that you prioritize your own well being.
In this webinar, we’ll explore simple strategies for decompressing and recharging in order and preserve well being so that you can continue to bring your best self to your patients, your colleagues, and your families.

Learning Objectives
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Recognize the array of factors that contribute to well being
- Assess your energy and well being in each of these areas
- Identify and prioritize the areas that contribute most to well being for you, and those at risk of depletion
- Define strategies that will best enable you to manage energy, decompress, & recharge in times of stress
