The Society for Pediatric Urgent Care (SPUC) 2020 Conference

October 15, 2020 to October 16, 2020

This conference will be held virtually on October 15-16, 2020. For 2020, we will pivot to this new format, hosting the conference over two days. We are thrilled about Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s support in developing our program this year and the contribution of their faculty to several of this year’s presentations. SPUC will begin with 'State of Pediatric Urgent Care' by Dr. Amanda Montalbano who will provide an update on the OUCH survey data. We hope this will get everyone’s creative thoughts going to provide feedback on the benefits of this information as well as what other information is needed to continue to advance pediatric urgent care delivery. One morning of the conference will focus on adolescent care which will include vaping as well as offer clinical pearls on effective methods in caring for the teenage population.  We will also discuss telemedicine and how urgent care has acclimated during these unprecedented times.
