Learning Objectives
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Attendees will be able to create talking points and cite current practice guidelines for incorporation of exercise in mental health therapy with their patients
- Attendees will use internet-based resources to guide exercise appropriate to the needs of their individual patients’ needs (age-, culture-, etc) in their MH management
- Attendees will identify variations of activities to achieve similar physical goals in persons with different physical abilities
