Learning Objectives
Participants who engage in this education intervention will be able to:
Apply evidence-based strategies for osteoporosis evaluation and management in patients at risk for fragility fractures, including appropriate treatment sequencing and interventions to reduce future fracture risk.
Identify cardiovascular risk factors and evidence-based interventions for patients with diabetes in the ambulatory care setting in order to reduce morbidity, mortality, and long-term complications.
Evaluate appropriate pharmacologic treatment options for obesity management, including proper medication use, patient selection, expected benefits, contraindications, and potential adverse effects.
