ForwardOcular coloboma is one of the major characteristics of CHARGE syndrome, but there are multiple other ocular abnormalities that also require monitoring. We will discuss a case of a young adult with CHARGE syndrome and chorioretinal coloboma and review the literature on management and prophylactic treatment of chorioretinal colobomas.
