Program Description: 

 

The accurate determination of progression is a critical aspect of management of patients with glaucoma.  The talk will focus on the use of both spectral domain OCT imaging and automated perimetry for the detection of progression.  New data regarding the temporal sequence of structural change in progressive glaucoma and methods to optimize the detection or progression as a function of the stage of the disease will be discussed.
