Learning objectives: 
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
  • Analyze negative clinical and occupational outcomes associated with poor ergonomics in ophthalmology practice.
  • Implement evidence‑based ergonomic adjustments in the OR or clinic to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal pain and work‑related injury.
  • Integrate posture‑based microbreaks and flexibility stretches into workflow routines to improve clinician musculoskeletal health.
