Program Description: 
M&M:  addresses patient morbidity and mortality.
During morbidity and mortality conferences, faculty and residents discuss physician and system errors, patient safety issues, pertinent literature to apply evidence based medicine principles and methods.  The goal is to improve medical knowledge and patient care.  Cases are complied by the resdients and a faculty memmber directs the discussion on these cases and their complications.
