Program Description: 

The M&M Conference provides a time for physicians and healthcare professionals to reflect upon events that led to an unexpected outcome. Medical literature is reviewed and potential areas that may have contributed to the outcome are addressed, along with how to avoid or improve performance in the future. The educational benefit is the gained knowledge regarding the current best practices and data on a subject or disease process, which will facilitate enabling the practitioner to adapt newer and better treatment.
