Program Description: 

This is a multidisciplinary conference with participants from faculty and trainees in Critical Care, Neurology, Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, Endovascular Surgery, Hematology and Radiation Oncology. Attendees will gain an improved understanding of the evaluation and management strategies for patients with common and rare neurovascular conditions including strokes, aneurysms, and arteriovenous malformations among others.

Learning objectives: 

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Increase their knowledge of pediatric neurovascular disorders and management of these conditions in patients.
  • Improve their ability to provide timely and focused care to their patients with such conditions.
  • Learn about the services/resources available in the system and form relationships with these departments to provide optimal care in this population.
