Program Description: 

This monthly series helps to fill gaps in provision of clinical care or medical knowledge through collaboration.

Learning objectives: 
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
 
  • Compare and justify evidence‑based treatment options for a specified disease process in hospitalized adult patients using current clinical guidelines and primary literature.
  • Outline and justify a stepwise diagnostic and initial management plan for patients with an uncertain diagnosis in the inpatient setting, incorporating risk stratification and shared decision‑making.
  • Critically appraise existing care processes and design team‑based, data‑informed approaches to improve the care of hospitalized patients in their own clinical environment.
