Learning objectives: 

1.  Describe a two week Intrathecal baclofen pump program for physicians from Malaysia.
2. Identify the challenges of initiating and implementing an Intrathecal baclofen pump program in Malaysia.
3.  Compare rehabilitation services in Malaysia to those in the United States.
4. To identify and understand the basic types of international medical missions.
5. To understand how to identify what resources you have to offer and how to structure a medical mission.
6. To understand the dynamics of interacting with a host institution and individuals to create a sustainable mission using the 30 year experience of the Milwaukee Medical Mission as an example.
