The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Grand Rounds presentations are designed to provide continuing professional development for psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, residents, medical students, counselors, and other mental healthcare professionals. This activity will bring the audience up to date on the most current findings and treatment modalities in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders as well as inform them of the newest research areas in clinical psychiatry and psychology. This year, in addition, we are providing sessions to educate our faculty on diversity and inclusion as well as the arts and humanities. Our sessions extend via teleconference to mental health professionals in rural WI to areas with our rural psychiatry residencies as well as MCW and rural medical school campuses.
