Program Description: 

This educational activity is designed to promote learning by providing clinical and research-related education delivered by national and local experts. This will include a discussion of current advances in imaging and imaging research. Sessions are focused around a current and developing practice and research trends in all imaging modalities. Establish gold standards of care and research are discussed in relation to the specific topics. Additionally, discussion of the science related to the imaging modality and area of research will occur. The intent is to enhance the knowledge of participants through collegial discussion and learning; ultimately improving patient care and research endeavors.

Allied Health Care Professionals

Learning objectives: 

1. Enhance existing knowledge and patient care practices related to advances in imaging and research

2.  Integrate current literature‐ and research based findings with existing knowledge

3.  Critically self‐assess one’s own practice and integrate educational series offerings into practice

4.  Assess how to change one’s practice, thereby improving quality of care, based on findings from literature and collegial discussion
