The goal of this series is to provide greater awareness of the specialty services offered within the F&MCW network related to the spine and also sharing of best practices from specialty providers.

- Identify patients with signs and symptoms of chronic low back pain.
- Review indications and benefits of injections for chronic low back pain.
- Analyze and communicate advanced interventions for chronic low back pain.
- Improve patient experience and satisfaction across the care continuum by broadening the connection between generalists and specialists in back/neck care.
