his is a series of ongoing, quarterly educational presentations focused on unique back and neck care topics. The goal of this series is to provide greater awareness of the specialty services offered within the F&MCW network related to the spine and also sharing of best practices from specialty providers.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Participants will Review the anatomy and physiology of osteoporosis, patient profile, risk factors
- Participants will Identify current cardiovascular exercise recommendations in those with osteoporosis
- Participants will be able to describe the loading principles (sets/reps, RPE, frequency, etc.) for the management of individuals with osteoporosis and the older adult population
- Participants will be able to demonstrate understanding of fall prevention exercises and strategies to help with reducing fall risk for individuals with osteoporosis.
