2026 Solid Organ Transplant Symposium
This day-long CME educational activity is designed with two parallel tracks for a diverse audience. The symposium will highlight best practices, access, and innovation in kidney and pancreas transplantation, and optimal strategies and approaches to minimize complications of chronic liver diseases and improve patient care. Invited speakers include distinguished academic providers who can provide up- to-date summaries of the topics.

Learning Objectives
- Explain the current listing criteria for kidney and pancreas transplantation, and the new options that increase access to organ offers.
- Counsel patients on the available options for organ mat ching and utilize available resources that remove disincentives to donation.
- Identify the benefits and limitations of current emerging technologies in the field of kidney & pancreas donation and transplantation and machine preservation technologies.
- Discuss the efficacy, safety, and anticipated out comes for treatment therapies for HCC management, including neoadjuvant regimens, surgical resection, liver transplant, and palliative care.
- Recognize and incorporate best practice medical management of liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension and acute-on- chronic liver failure.
- Identify the benefits and limitations of current and emerging treatments and technologies in the field of liver disease.
