The APC Lecture Series is designed to enhance clinician competence, improve performance, and positively impact patient outcomes. - Determine evidence-based blood pressure goals for patients with hypertension based on individual risk profiles and comorbid conditions.
- Initiate and adjust first-line antihypertensive therapies to optimize blood pressure control while counseling patients on potential adverse effects and appropriate monitoring and follow-up in clinical practice.
- Intervention will be able to evaluate medication adherence, lifestyle contributors, and secondary causes to develop management strategies for patients with resistant hypertension.
