The ThedaCare Critical Care Medicine Grand Rounds series is designed to improve clinician’s competence in applying updated critical care practices throughout the entire care team, enhance performance through real-time integration of evidence and quality metrics, and ultimately contribute to improved patient outcomes by promoting standardized, high-quality ICU care.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
Attendees will apply updated evidence-based guidelines and integrate them into patient care decisions.
Learners will identify best practices and implement them consistently in ICU care to reduce variation and improve patient outcomes.
Attendees will analyze and interpret ICU performance data metrics and understand their implications for care quality and outcomes.
Learners will use data to identify care gaps, drive and engage in quality improvement initiatives, and inform team-wide interventions.
Attendees will recognize and manage rare or complex cases using structured, evidence-informed approaches.
Clinicians will apply clinical reasoning to complex ICU cases and coordinate appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic steps which can improve diagnostic accuracy, and timely treatment for high-risk patients.
