The ThedaCare Psychiatry Case Conference series is designed to improve clinical competence by enhancing diagnostic reasoning for complex psychiatric presentations as well as reinforcing the application of evidence-based medicine. Additionally, these series also aim to change clinical performance by fostering more consistent guideline-driven treatment planning, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration with the intent of improving patient outcome

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
Learners will integrate current clinical guidelines and research evidence into management plans for psychiatric disorder
Learners will demonstrate improved ability to coordinate care with other specialties and community resources to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration skills for improved patient outcomes.
Learners will identify atypical presentations, comorbidities, and differential diagnoses in psychiatry to enhance diagnostic reasoning in complex cases.
