Review of NICU cases and basic physiology topics in neonatology.

Learning objectives: 

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

1.    Understand the role of NICU and escalating care in the newborn nursery
2.    Understand basic physiology and pathophysiology in newborn medicine.
3.    Describe strengths and challenges in evidence-based practice of newborn care and medical education.
