Review of NICU cases and basic physiology topics in neonatology.

Learning objectives: 

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

•    To review outcomes specific to our NICU over the past year
•    Gain knowledge of types of data sources
•    Gain knowledge of the data we follow or abstract
•    Gain understanding of the quality improvement measures we follow locally and at the organizational level.
