Presentation of Research findings. Learning current research studies and findings to benefit clinical practice and patients. Also builds expertise in grant development and advance understanding of Pediatric Research.

Learning objectives: 
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
  • Identify and assess key clinical, psychosocial, and systems‑based factors that must be addressed to ensure a safe and effective transition of care from the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) to home for infants and their families.
  • Describe and apply the principles of the Baby Steps model to support NICU‑to‑home transitions, including evaluating how the model can be implemented or adapted within the learner’s own clinical or organizational setting.
