Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
• APP grand rounds will provide diverse, up-to-date, and evidence-based educational topics for APPs in ambulatory, inpatient, and critical care environments. Participants will be able to take knowledge obtained to update and incorporate into their daily practice. We monitor each participant’s learning through session surveys.
• Create an innovative early-career advanced practice professional development curriculum integrating multi-modal education and a professional learning community to support advanced practice professional identity formation, develop leadership skills, and promote resiliency and well-being.
• APP Leads and Managers sessions will provide both developing and experienced APP leaders with skills and information they can directly apply within their departments/ divisions to promote APP utilization and practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
