35th Annual MCW Sports Medicine Symposium
Target Audience
This symposium is designed for primary care physicians, emergency medicine physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, nurses, coaches, athletic directors, and anyone who is interested and involved in the care of athletes of all ages and abilities.
Learning Objectives
- To evaluate new treatment options on topics such as Achilles' tendon ruptures, concussion, ACL injury and upper extremity injury.
- Evaluate a head injury, diagnosis a concussion, and initiate an appropriate treatment program.
- Apply the principles of evidence-based medicine in analysis of research papers, athletic supplements, and technology
