Program Description: 

Attendees of Pediatric Grand Rounds will learn from leading experts state-of-the art clinical and basic science best available evidence in a wide variety of topics in pediatric medicine. Information presented will enable attendees to remain current on best practices that improve their ability to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.

Learning objectives: 

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Understand the important changes in the understanding of the pathophysiology of otitis media and be able employ this understanding into their clinical care.

  • Understand the important changes in the understanding of the molecular and cellular processes driving otitis media and, potentially, be able employ this understanding into their research paradigms.

  • Understand the changes in otitis media treatment and care and be able to employ this in their learning about this disease and care for pediatric patients.
