Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
⦁ Apply principles of cultural humility and multicultural orientation to enhance interactions with pediatric patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
⦁ Assess social drivers of health and cultural influences affecting pediatric patient outcomes, and develop interventions that are linguistically, culturally, and contextually relevant.
⦁ Learn strategies for building the infrastructure needed for effective multicultural peer-consultation and supervision.
