Milwaukee, WI US
April 21, 2014 to June 30, 2014

This educational activity will discuss preventable harm to patients caused by lack of evidence based safety procedures. Medicine has a history of difficulty with communication and feedback, these tools help support better performance in that area. We are looking to change the culture around communication related to risk and safe care.
