The Power of Coaching and Feedback
To achieve our goal of providing the best and safest care to Wisconsin children, the primary care section recognized the importance of effectively developing physician leaders across our 26 clinics to transform delivery of care and implement operational change. This program series will emphasis how strong physician leadership will establish a culture of physician engagement and integration to deliver top-notch care resulting in better health outcomes and better patient satisfaction with maximum productivity.
