In this session, we’ll explore core principles of quality and process improvement and learn the tools used to lead successful improvement efforts.
Increases in the pace of change and level of complexity in today’s healthcare landscape require healthcare leaders to examine and improve all aspects of how they, and their organizations, work.
Now more than ever, we need methods that, make better use of resources, identify & eliminate waste, utilize talent to the fullest and ensure and raise quality. Methods that accomplish these aims, typically result in higher levels of team and patient satisfaction, increased efficiency and improved quality.
