Learning Objectives
Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:
- Identify graduate medical education terms and acronyms, and learn how they integrate together
- Demonstrate appropriate feedback techniques and report increased confidence in teaching "on the fly"
- Identify key steps in the academic promotion process and transform current work into promotion material
