Program Description: 

Together In Care is a year-long webinar based educational series focused on neonatal-perinatal palliative care concepts for neonatal teams. Our goals include equipping neonatal team members with the competencies and comfort to utilize primary palliative care skills and recognize when to collaborate with specialty palliative care.

Participants who engage in this educational intervention will be able to:

  • Describe the breadth of palliative care services available for patients from the prenatal to neonatal period.
  • Provide primary palliative care for patients and families in the perinatal and neonatal setting.
  • Describe bereavement care and symptom management for neonatal patients at the end of life
