Program Description: 

Together In Care is a year-long webinar based educational series focused on neonatal-perinatal palliative care concepts for neonatal teams. Our goals include equipping neonatal team members with the competencies and comfort to utilize primary palliative care skills and recognize when to collaborate with specialty palliative care.

1. Understand the steps needed to prepare for the redirection of care.
2. Manage the logistical process of redirection of care in the NICU.
3. Develop postmortem and bereavement support skills
